Daisy Express is a unique furniture and art manufacturer with a twist of social responsibility. We make custom, handcrafted furniture from reclaimed materials at every opportunity. Beds, cupboards, armoires, kitchen islands and such are built around old doors, salvaged wood, windows and much more. It is, in essence, a recycling of the past with all it's stories and history. This recycling encourages the creative process which is truly evident in all our pieces.

OUR FURNITURE
Our furniture is constructed from mainly recycled materials and environmentally friendly paints and finishes. The old drawer hardware in the cabinetry has been replaced with modern full extension drawer slides. Each piece is unique and no two items will be identical. Some movement in the way of checking and separating is natural when using solid wood. Temperature and humidity play a major role in how the furniture will react in your home. If at any point a high grade of plywood is used in our construction to give a more finished look, this will be mentioned in the description of the furniture. Varying degrees of distressing are used to get the right look for the piece. We have an ongoing supply of interesting materials that enable us to create some wonderful pieces of furniture. Oceanside Hospice Society
Daisy Express is an associate fundraiser for the Oceanside Hospice Society. Our goal is to help raise money for this wonderful and much needed organization through the way of sales and donations. A portion of each sale goes to the Hospice Society. This site will also provide various tutorials, creative ideas, and daily inspiration which will be updated weekly. We are hoping that if you find any of our information helpful, and if you are in the position to do so, make a donation to the Hospice Society.
